We'll try to record what we did so that our colleagues can follow us.
We also need some record for our own use - why and when did we do that?
If this was a working group or another sort of meeting we'd publish minutes/action plans etc.

Our colleagues will come, find out what we are doing and contribute.
Intially this will be workmates, but anyone is welcome.
Experience suggests this will be the hard bit.

ReplyDeleteIt has been a very interesting journey so far and I think we now seriously need to look at some engagement with a wider audience.
I know we need to consider things carefully and continue to operate within all protocols,but I want to test out how this could really work.
I think this is an excellent piece of work. You really need to think seriously about how and who you are going to let loose on it. Geoff is right, it needs to be exciting and get people interested. :0)
